Sour Chicken Braise / Serves 2 persons


Main Dishes 

Sour chicken braise:

Chicken thighs and drumsticks with walnut, herbs, and pomegranate molasses braise. 

Turmeric Rice: 

Smoked basmati rice, turmeric, veggie broth, and butter

Herb frittata: 

Herbs, eggs and feta cheese frittata. With pickled carrots


Rice cookie & Tea: 

Rice flour, butter, egg, sugar and rose water cookies with special herbal tea blend (to brew)

Serves 2 persons.

Contains enough food for 2-3 meals!


Vegetarian version contains mushrooms and beans.
